Peran Uang dalam Ekonomi Islam sebagai Sarana Mencapai Keadilan Sosial

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran uang dalam ekonomi Islam sebagai sarana mencapai keadilan sosial, dengan membandingkan pandangan konvensional melalui penekanan fungsi uang sebagai alat tukar dan satuan hitung sambil melarang komodifikasi uang. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka deskriptif-analitis digunakan, mengumpulkan data sekunder dari sumber primer Islam (Al-Quran, Hadis, ushul fiqh) dan literatur sekunder (buku, jurnal) melalui analisis konten tematik dan triangulasi sumber. Uang dalam ekonomi Islam bersifat konsep aliran untuk mencegah penimbunan dan spekulasi, didukung larangan riba, zakat (2,5% redistribusi), infaq, sedekah, dan wakaf, yang memupuk distribusi kekayaan adil, stabilitas ekonomi, serta pengurangan ketimpangan, dengan potensi besar di Indonesia (misalnya zakat Rp300 triliun per tahun).
