PENYULUHAN TENTANG MENSTRUASI DAN PENANGANANNYA PADA SISWI SMPN 1 BADAR KECAMATAN BADAR KABUPATEN ACEH TENGGARA TAHUN 2026

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta sikap remaja putri mengenai menstruasi dan penanganannya di SMPN 1 Badar Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya akses informasi kesehatan reproduksi yang benar serta masih kuatnya kepercayaan terhadap mitos menstruasi di kalangan siswi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Problem Based Learning dengan model tutorial seven jump yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan untuk melihat perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap peserta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi sebagian besar peserta memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah dan sikap yang kurang tepat, sedangkan setelah kegiatan terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan, meskipun masih terdapat sebagian kecil peserta yang belum mengalami perubahan optimal akibat faktor individu dan lingkungan.
