Kebutuhan spiritual pasien merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting akan proses penyembuhan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya peran perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan sebagai pendengar yang baik, memberikan dukungan emosional, dan menciptakan lingkungan spiritual, agar orang yang dilayani mampu memahami tentang pengalaman hidup terhadap penyakit dan akan kedekatannya dengan Tuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peran perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 117 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peran perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan mayoritas dengan kategori baik sebanyak 116 responden (99,1%). Diharapkan perawat tetap meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien dalam pelayanan yang tulus, mendengarkan dengan baik, penuh empati serta kasih sayang yang dapat meningkatakan kebutuhan spiritual pasien.
