EFEK MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 1 PERBAUNGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. Sampel sebanyak 30 siswa usia 15-18 tahun, dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen DASS-21 dan kuesioner durasi penggunaan media sosial. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara durasi penggunaan media sosial dengan tingkat stres (r=0,65), kecemasan (r=0,70), dan depresi (r=0,58). Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan penggunaan media sosial dan intervensi kesehatan mental pada remaja.
