Berpuasalah, Niscaya Sehat: Kajian Tematik Hadis-Hadis Puasa Ramadan dan Relevansinya dengan Kesehatan dalam Perspektif Ilmu Kedokteran Kontemporer

Artikel ini mengkaji secara tematik hadis-hadis sahih tentang puasa Ramadan dan relevansinya dengan kesehatan. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kesenjangan antara tingginya angka penyakit tidak menular di Indonesia—obesitas 21,8%, diabetes melitus 10,7%, dan hipertensi 34,1% (Riskesdas, 2018)—dengan potensi manfaat kesehatan puasa Ramadan yang tercermin dalam hadis-hadis Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian hadis mawdhuʼi (tematik) dan pendekatan analisis lintas disiplin antara ilmu hadis dan ilmu kedokteran, penelitian ini mengkaji enam hadis berkualitas shahih dan hasan shahih dari kitab-kitab hadis muʼtabar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis puasa Ramadan memiliki kesesuaian substantif dengan sejumlah temuan sains modern, mencakup induksi autophagy, perbaikan metabolisme, penguatan sistem imun, dan peningkatan regulasi emosi. Kontribusi artikel ini adalah menawarkan kerangka analisis lintas disiplin yang dapat memperkaya kajian hadis kontemporer, sekaligus menyediakan landasan normatif bagi pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terhadap praktik puasa Ramadan.
