Analisis Kemudahan dan Keamanan Data dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan pada Transaksi Pembayaran Qris

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan data terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran menggunakan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan kajian literatur dan hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta pengamatan umum terhadap fenomena penggunaan QRIS di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong adopsi QRIS karena memberikan efisiensi, kecepatan, dan kenyamanan dalam bertransaksi. Sementara itu, keamanan data berperan penting dalam membentuk dan mempertahankan kepercayaan pengguna, terutama terkait perlindungan informasi pribadi dan keamanan transaksi. Kedua faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dalam menciptakan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem pembayaran digital. Dengan meningkatnya kepercayaan, penggunaan QRIS di Indonesia terus berkembang pesat, mendukung percepatan transformasi menuju ekosistem ekonomi digital yang inklusif, aman, dan terpercaya.
