PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA ERA DIGITALISASI

Era digitalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam lingkungan kerja, termasuk tuntutan terhadap kepemimpinan dan peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada era digitalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 120 karyawan pada perusahaan yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem digital dalam operasionalnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki kontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, kreativitas, serta adaptasi karyawan terhadap perubahan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi perlu mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada era digitalisasi.
